GRS stands for Global Recycled Standard. Where a product page states that a bag is GRS certified recycled polyester, or that its outer fabric is recycled PET, we say so. Not every bag in the range is made from recycled material, so check the product page.
How can a logo be put on a bag?
Custom Gear offers embroidery, screen printing, DTF transfers and other methods, and each bag product page lets you choose one, two or three decoration positions. Which method is used depends on the fabric, the artwork and the quantity, and it is confirmed in your quote and on the artwork proof.
- Screen printing is the usual choice for simple logos in one to a few flat colours on woven polyester and cotton bags. Industry-typical, not a Custom Gear rule.
- DTF (direct to film) transfers suit full-colour logos and gradients on fabric bags.
- Embroidery gives a raised, stitched logo on structured backpacks and waist bags. It suits bold shapes with few fine details.
- Leather is usually debossed or laser engraved rather than printed.
Send artwork as AI, EPS or a print-ready vector PDF with fonts converted to outlines. High-resolution files are also accepted. You approve a digital proof showing logo size, position, colours and method before production starts. The logo is sized to the decoration area of the bag. Kitting can combine a bag and its contents into one pack for delivery.
