Which promotional drawstring bag should you choose?
The material decides how long a drawstring bag stays in use, so start there. A bag handed out at an expo only has to survive the walk to the car, while one given to staff or a sports team gets loaded with shoes and wet towels every week.

| Non-woven polypropylene | Non Woven Back Sack, Champion Heat Seal Drawstring Sportspack | 80gsm non-woven. The Back Sack has metal eyelets and reinforced corners | One-off events and handouts |
| Woven polyester | Royale Drawstring Backpack | 220gsm woven polyester, 17L, zippered front pocket, reinforced eyelets | Staff, gym and repeat use |
| Recycled polyester (RPET) | Bullet Ash Recycled Packable Drawstring Bag, RPET Drawstring Bag, Stabby Reflective Drawstring | Ash is made from recycled water bottles and folds into its front pocket. RPET Drawstring is 190T. Stabby is 600D | Programs with a recycled-material brief |
| Cotton and bamboo fibre | Condor Cotton Drawstring Cinch, Bamboo Drawstring Bag | Cotton main compartment with rope closure. Bamboo fibre, 105 g | A natural look for retail, gifts and launches |
For a single-day event, we'd pick non-woven: it costs least per bag and the flat panel takes a logo well. For anything you want people to keep using, step up to the Royale or a recycled polyester style, because heavier fabric and reinforced eyelets are what stop cords tearing through. If you need padded straps or compartments, look at our backpacks instead, and for a plain flat bag with handles, printed tote bags are the usual alternative.
How do you brand a drawstring bag?
Most bags in this range show one, two or three decoration positions on the product page, and the front panel is where most logos go. Keep the artwork clear of the cord channel at the top and the bottom seam, because print over a seam or a gathered edge never sits flat. The proof shows exactly what fits before anything is made.
- Screen printing is our usual recommendation for non-woven and cotton bags. It gives solid, vivid colour from a bold one or two colour logo and the cost per bag falls with volume, though each colour adds a setup.
- DTF transfers suit a full-colour logo, fine detail or a short run, because there's no separate setup per colour. The feel and wash life differ from screen print.
- Sublimation puts full-colour, edge-to-edge artwork into white or light polyester, so it only applies to polyester bags. The artwork team confirms the method that suits the bag on your proof.
Contrast matters more than most buyers expect. A dark logo disappears on a black or navy bag, so tell us the bag colour you prefer and we'll suggest a light version of the logo where needed.
Ordering drawstring bags
There's no minimum, so a club can order twelve bags and a conference can order a few thousand, and the price per bag drops as the quantity grows. Many products here show quantity pricing on the product page, and your quote confirms the branded price. You'll get a free digital proof showing the logo size, position and method, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. Custom made styles take longer than stocked ones, and we confirm timing in the quote. Several colours of one bag can share a single order.
Who buys promotional drawstring bags, and why?
Expo and conference organisers use them as the bag that carries everything else from the venue, so your logo travels past every other stall on the floor. Sporting clubs and schools give them out at the start of a season for shoes, uniform and a water bottle, which means the bag is used every week for months. HR teams drop one into a welcome kit with a tee, a bottle and a notebook so new starters have something to carry it home in.
