What are promotional safety pouches?

A safety pouch holds the things people can't afford to lose, such as a passport, bank cards, cash and a phone, in one place that closes. Some hang from the neck and sit under a shirt, others clip to a bag or sit in a pocket. Because the buyer carries it everywhere on a trip, your logo goes along too.

Which safety pouch should you choose?

The range splits by how the pouch is carried, so start there. For travel groups the Security Neck Pouch is the one we'd pick first, because it's made from soft nylon mesh, has multiple compartments and is discreet enough to wear under clothing. If the pouch is mainly a gadget holder, the Ne0Prene Pouch has a flip top, a carry hook and a velcro closure, and fits most digital cameras and mobile phones.

The Valuables Pouch and the Zipped Travel Pouch sit in the same grid, so ask for details when you request a quote.

How do you put a logo on a safety pouch?

For most pouches in this range, we'd recommend a one-colour screen print in your brand colour. It's the cleanest way to put a logo on neoprene, vinyl or nylon, and a single colour keeps setup down. If your logo has gradients, a photo or several colours, DTF transfers carry full colour and fine detail on soft goods. Every pouch page offers one, two or three decoration positions, and our artwork team confirms the method that suits each pouch on the proof, so you see the result before anything is made.

Ordering safety pouches

There's no minimum, so a small team can order a few dozen for a study tour and a conference organiser can order hundreds. You send a logo, or ask us to work from your brand colours, and we send a free digital proof showing the position and size. Nothing goes to production until you approve it, and the quote confirms timing.

Who orders branded safety pouches?

Event organisers hand them to interstate and overseas delegates, who wear or carry them for the whole conference and then take them home. Universities and clubs use them in travel packs for exchange students and touring teams, where a pouch gets used on every trip. Employers can add one to an onboarding or relocation pack through our kitting service.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best print method for a safety pouch? chevron-down

Screen printing in one colour is the usual choice for neoprene, vinyl and nylon pouches, because the ink sits cleanly on a flat panel and a single colour keeps setup low. Choose DTF or a heat transfer instead when your logo has gradients or several colours. Our artwork team confirms the method for the specific pouch on your free proof.

How big can the logo be on a safety pouch? chevron-down

The logo is sized to the printable area of the pouch you pick, and there's no fixed maximum across the range. A neck pouch has a smaller front panel than the Reusable Pouch - Small, which is 205 x 154 mm. The free proof shows the logo size and position, and you can change it before approving.

Can you embroider a neoprene or vinyl pouch? chevron-down

Usually we'd steer you to print instead. Embroidery needle holes can weaken thin neoprene and perforate vinyl, which matters on a pouch meant to carry valuables safely. Screen print or a transfer gives a sharper result on these materials. The artwork team will tell you on the proof if a particular pouch can take stitching.

Can a safety pouch carry a full-colour logo? chevron-down

Yes, through a digital transfer such as DTF, which reproduces gradients, photos and fine detail on soft materials. Screen print is limited to flat spot colours, and each additional colour adds setup. Supply Pantone references if brand colour matters, because the closeness of the match depends on the pouch material and the method.

What artwork file do you need to brand a pouch? chevron-down

Send a vector logo if you have one (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF, with the text outlined). Pouch print areas are small, so a low-resolution logo copied from a website often shows blurry edges and needs redrawing. For full-colour transfers, a PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi at actual size works. You can order without artwork, and our team will help.

What is the minimum order for promotional safety pouches? chevron-down

There's no minimum order on safety pouches, so you can order as few as you need. Each order carries a one-off setup for the logo, which means the cost per pouch falls noticeably from around 10 units. Ordering one design across several pouch colours still counts toward the same volume pricing.

What should I check on a sample safety pouch? chevron-down

Check the zip action and the closure first, because a pouch that jams or pops open defeats the purpose. Then look at the seams and strap or hook attachment, and whether your passport and phone fit with room to spare. Undecorated samples are available and the cost is credited back when your order goes ahead. If you're nearby, our Annandale showroom is open by arrangement for handling samples.

How long do branded safety pouches take? chevron-down

Some stocked pouches can be ready the same day, depending on the product and how many positions you want printed, and your quote confirms the timing. Custom made pouches are made offshore and usually arrive one to three weeks after artwork and sample approval by air. Rush production is available on most products and costs more.

Can I mix pouch styles and colours in one order? chevron-down

Yes, and the whole order counts toward volume pricing. You could order neck pouches for travelling staff and Reusable Pouch - Small units for a conference in one go, using the same logo. Light and dark colours may need different logo versions so the print stays legible, and the proof shows which.
