RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Custom Gear, your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
You can return or exchange unbranded items for change of mind within 12 Calendar days of purchase, if they are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. For Branded, Decorated or Made to Order (Non Stock) Goods You can return any items that are not in line with the Art Approval or Pre Production Proofs or that have arrived with obvious flaws for a full refund or credit within 12 Calendar days of delivery, considering that they are in their original condition, unused and undamaged. Custom Gear reserves the right to replace the items with the correct items within a reasonable timeframe prior to the credit or refund being issued.
For speedy processing, kindly pack the items securely in its original packaging along with a clear note about your requirement (exchange/refunds) and be sure to mention you Invoice or Quote Number on the return.
