What types of promotional computer bags can you order?
The range falls into three types, and the right one depends on whether people will carry it to work every day or just need protection for a laptop inside another bag.
Laptop backpacks
Backpacks are the biggest part of the range and the safest choice for staff who commute, because they carry the laptop and the rest of the day too. The Carhartt Foundry Series Pro 17" is 1200 denier polyester with a 28 litre capacity and Rain Defender water resistance, while the High Sierra Swerve fits a 17 inch laptop in a 600D PolyCanvas body. If the look matters more than the load, the Star Kraft Paper Laptop Backpack is made from 0.55 mm washable kraft paper and has a 150 mm x 100 mm screen print area. Our wider branded backpacks include bags that are not laptop specific.
Laptop bags, messengers and briefcases
These suit people who walk between meetings rather than hike to them. The Swiss Peak 38cm Laptop Bag is built from 600D and 1680D polyester, holds a 15 inch laptop in a padded compartment, and has a rear sleeve that slides over a suitcase handle. You can browse more in promotional laptop bags, messenger bags and briefcases.
Laptop sleeves
A sleeve is the lightest way to put a logo in front of someone every day, since it goes inside whatever bag they already own. The Bellroy Laptop Sleeve 16" fits laptops up to 16 inches and is made from recycled woven fabric (60% recycled polyester), and the Doco Recycled Felt Sleeve holds a 15 inch laptop. More are in laptop and tablet sleeves.
| Type | Typical laptop fit | Best for | Usual decoration |

Which logo method works best on a computer bag?
For backpacks and laptop bags we'd choose embroidery, because the stitched logo keeps its shape through years of rubbing against clothes, seats and desks, and it reads as business gear rather than a giveaway. The trade-off is fine detail: small text and thin lines fill in, and the logo has to be digitised into a stitch file first.
If your logo is full colour or has a gradient, DTF transfers keep the detail. For flat fabric panels and one or two colours, screen printing is hard to beat for cost at volume. Most bags show one, two or three decoration positions on the product page, and the logo is sized to the area available on that bag. Our artwork team confirms the final method on the proof.
How do I order promotional computer bags?
There's no minimum, so a team of eight can order eight backpacks. Each order carries a one-off setup for the logo, which is why the price per bag drops once you reach about ten. Many bags show a quantity price ladder on the product page, and the quote confirms your branded price with decoration included.
Once you send your logo and quantity, we send a free digital proof showing the colours, size and position, and nothing is made until you approve it. Timing depends on whether the bag is stocked or made to order, so the quote gives the date.
Who buys computer bags, and what do they get out of them?
A new-starter pack is the most common use: a backpack that goes home with a laptop is seen on the train, in cafes and at client sites every working day for years. You can pack it with other items using our kitting service.
At conferences, a branded sleeve in the delegate pack gets carried back to the office and reused, while a conference bag suits events where people also need to carry brochures. For senior clients and long-service gifts, a Bellroy sleeve or a leather-look laptop bag lasts and reflects well on you. If your people fly often, look at travel bags and luggage too.
