What types of promotional drinkware can you order?
The right item depends on where it will be used and how long you want your logo kept in sight. A bottle that goes to the gym and the office every day gets seen far more often than a cup handed out once at an expo, so it is worth matching the item to the job. The table compares the main types, using specifications from the product pages.

If one item has to do the most work, we'd point you to a double wall stainless steel bottle, because the finish survives a bag and a car boot and people keep it for years. You'll find those among our vacuum flasks, with lighter steel and aluminium styles in promotional drink bottles. Desk and commuter use suits branded tumblers or mugs and cups, and reusable keep cups fit cafe-style give-aways. For summer events, custom stubby holders and cooler bags are what people actually hold and carry, and hip flasks are a classic executive gift.
How do you put a logo on drinkware?
The material decides the method, and our artwork team confirms the choice on your proof before anything is made. These are the ones we use most:
- Laser engraving removes a thin layer of finish from stainless steel, so the mark is permanent and needs no ink, although it comes out as one tone set by the metal.
- Pad print presses ink onto curved plastic, aluminium and glass with good precision, but the area is small and the colour count is usually low.
- Screen print suits bigger solid-colour logos, including a wrap-around on a bottle, and each colour adds setup. Our screen printing service page explains how it works.
- Sublimation dyes full-colour artwork into coated ceramic mugs and neoprene stubby holders, so photos and gradients are fine.
- UV digital print gives full colour on hard surfaces without paying for a setup per colour, which helps on short runs.
For steel bottles we'd choose engraving every time, since there is no print to scratch off and it looks like a gift rather than a giveaway. A multi-colour logo is better on plastic or ceramic with print or sublimation.
How does ordering work?
You can order any number you like, because there is no minimum, so a cafe can brand twelve mugs and a conference can brand a thousand bottles. You'll get a free digital proof first, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. Some stocked orders can be ready the same day, though bulk custom made glass and stainless steel usually comes by sea and can take up to about 6 weeks, which is worth knowing before you pick an event date. Many products show quantity pricing on the product page, and the quote confirms your branded price.
Who buys branded drinkware, and what do they get from it?
New starters often find a bottle and a mug in their welcome pack, and they use both at their desk daily. We can pack them with a notebook or tote through our kitting service, and promotional bags pair well with a bottle for events.
At expos and community days, reusable bottles and stubby holders get filled and carried around the venue, so your logo is seen by people who never visited your stand, and again at the next barbecue or match.
For client thank-yous, an engraved steel bottle or glass tumbler stays on a desk for years, which a cheap giveaway rarely does. Browse corporate gifts for more ideas, and book early for Christmas because production slots fill from September.
What should you check before ordering?
Read the care line on the product page first. The Swift tumbler is hand wash only and not recommended for hot drinks, and the Mocha mug is recommended hand wash. Describe a bottle as BPA free or dishwasher safe in your own marketing only where its product page says so, and supply artwork you own or have permission to use.
