Just another happy Custom Gear customer!
To whom it may concern,
My name is Sean Baker, I live in South Australia and I have recently started my own personal training business (Extra Degree Training). As well as the training sessions I offer to clients I really wanted to sell some merchandise with my logo on it. I had a bit of a look around the internet and thought that Protein Shakers would be a good idea. I sent queries to a couple of businesses and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was responded to by Custom Gear. Many companies send out a token email with a price list on it but Custom Gear proved early on that they had impressive customer service as they called me within hours of sending my query in.
I have dealt with quite a few people before with regards to business products but I have never had better service from anyone as I did from Michael at Custom Gear. Aswell as being really helpful and providing me with alot of options for shaker and logo designs, he is just a genuine bloke which is often hard to find in business! It was more like dealing with a mate rather than a business man.
Once the design was finalised, my order of shakers arrived much earlier than expected and I was absolutely stoked with the outcome. My clients have been loving the shakers and they have been selling quite well! I have attached a screenshot of my business facebook page with the shakers uploaded on there.
I will certainly be using Custom Gear again in the future and recommend it to anyone who is interested in creating custom goods.
